The Esthetician is responsible for delivering personalized, high-touch skincare and body treatments while embodying our wellness philosophy and five-star service standards. This role is ideal for a professional who values both advanced esthetics and meaningful guest connections.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience spa or related field. Experience in the hospitality industry an asset.
- Current Esthetician License in Florida.
- Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, management, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide luxury facials, body treatments, and customized skincare services.
- Conduct thoughtful consultations and create tailored treatment plans.
- Educate guests on skincare, wellness practices, and retail products.
- Upsell and recommend spa services, treatment enhancements, and retail products in an authentic, guest-focused manner.
- Maintain pristine treatment spaces and adhere to all sanitation standards.
- Support a seamless, elevated resort guest experience.
- Collaborate with brand standards to uphold service excellence.
Education
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Current Esthetician Florida License.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
- Current Esthetician license in Florida.
- Experience in a resort, luxury spa, or wellness-focused environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare.
- Polished, professional presence with exceptional guest service skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch.
- Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push.
- Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to hear, talk, smell.
- Use and exposure to chemicals, fumes, and odors.
- Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
