Working alongside the Spa Director at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Spa Coordinator who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Ability to handle a high call volume and multitask with poise
• Retail sales skills with an ability to learn and explain multiple services and product lines
• Commission-based role with a great opportunity to earn highly competitive pay for the right candidate

General Requirements

• Upscale spa or salon experience
• Knowledge of the layout, services, and products of the Spa
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and facility with keyboard, and spa software are a plus.
