From managing the spa schedule to providing outstanding guest service, this role is the heart of the spa’s day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring guests leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and eager to return.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating Exceptional First Impressions As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests with a smile and ensure their experience starts with a positive impression of our spa.
  • Managing the Flow of Communication From answering calls to greeting visitors and responding to inquiries, you’ll keep everything running smoothly by providing guests with the information they need.
  • Scheduling with Precision You’ll manage appointments and ensure a seamless spa schedule to maximize efficiency, while handling last-minute changes with grace and confidence.
  • Supporting a World-Class Experience You’ll actively recommend spa treatments and retail products to guests, helping them make informed decisions while enhancing their spa experience.
  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction From assisting with special requests to resolving any issues that arise, you’ll go above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves happy.
  • Keeping the Spa Immaculate Maintaining a pristine spa environment is key. You’ll ensure cleanliness and orderliness, keeping all areas well-stocked and beautiful.
  • Team Collaboration Work closely with a talented team of therapists and staff, contributing to a positive and harmonious atmosphere that makes our spa a standout destination.
  • Handling Transactions Whether it’s processing payments, handling gift certificates, or managing retail sales, you’ll do it all with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Learning & Growing Participate in training and meetings to continually grow in your role and stay updated on the latest spa services and offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills You should be a confident communicator, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to create positive connections with guests and staff alike.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything in order – from appointment scheduling to inventory tracking and ensuring the spa is always guest-ready.
  • A Passion for Hospitality You understand that the guest experience is everything. Your goal is always to provide top-notch service and make every guest feel valued and pampered.
  • Retail & Sales Skills If you have a knack for suggesting products and services that meet guests’ needs, you’ll thrive in this role!
  • Flexible & Reliable Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential as we operate 7 days a week, ensuring guests receive exceptional service whenever they visit.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Experience Ideally, you have experience in retail, hospitality, or the spa industry, but we’ll train the right person who is eager to learn!
  • Tech-Savvy Familiarity with spa or salon software and Microsoft Office is preferred, but general computer knowledge will help you succeed in this role.
  • Physical Demands You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
  • A Professional Appearance We take pride in our appearance and expect our team members to be neat, clean, and well-groomed in uniform or business attire.
