We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Spa Coordinator who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

As the first and last impression of our award-winning spa, the Spa Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating a seamless, warm, and memorable experience for each guest—from the moment they inquire about services to their departure from our relaxation spaces.

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for providing elevated guest service, supporting daily spa operations, ensuring impeccable facility standards, and contributing to the overall success of the spa. This role blends front-of-house hospitality, administrative precision, facility oversight, and hands-on support for both guests and the spa team.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality mindset, impeccable communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to anticipate and support the needs of a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hospitality

  • Greet guests and provide an exceptional five-star welcome experience

  • Guide guests through their spa journey, including check-in, tours, lounge support, and personalized concierge-style service

  • Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and service recommendations with accuracy and warmth

  • Assist with guest amenities, relaxation lounge flow, and service preparation

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage spa appointments, scheduling, and confirmations using our booking software

  • Perform end-of-day closing tasks, reporting, and communication logs

  • Maintain inventory of front-of-house supplies and ensure accurate restocking

  • Assist with coordinating group events, retreats, and VIP experiences

Facility Standards & Cleanliness

  • Reset, restock, and refresh relaxation areas throughout the day

  • Oversee nightly closing procedures including laundry, tidying treatment suites, replenishing amenities, and ensuring the spa is pristine for the following day

  • Support back-of-house tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of treatments

Social Media & Brand Support

  • Capture content for spa social media (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, product features, etc.)

  • Assist with light promotional duties, especially during events, activations, and product launches

Qualifications

  • Prior spa, wellness, boutique hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Warm, confident, professional communication style

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for wellness, guest experience, and luxury service standards

  • Flexible availability including weekends or occasional evenings for events
