Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa offers a luxury mountain experience through exceptional Lodging & Dining, an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, Equestrian Stables, a Full-Service Spa, and activities for all ages. We are currently hiring for a Spa Coordinator.

As a Spa Coordinator, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing/fun environment for guests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests; providing top-notch customer service.
  • Assist with getting guests ready for their spa service in the locker room area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the spa.
  • Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
  • Perform laundry duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a spa or similar hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
