We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. This is a travel-required position between both spas.

Our Travel Spa Coordinators truly make the world go ‘round—and we love that!
More specifically, our qualified Travel Spa Coordinator:

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements:

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
