THE JOB:

Be the face of an unforgettable guest experience! As a receptionist, you’ll combine strong organizational skills with a passion for service, handling administrative responsibilities while creating a warm and welcoming environment. At MGM Resorts International, you’ll help set the tone for excellence with every interaction.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department

• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff

• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff

• Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs

• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests

• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday is Required

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience is Preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$15.92

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
