Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Join Archer Hotel Napa as a Spa Concierge in a part-time role and help create a calm, welcoming, and elevated spa experience for every guest. This position supports daily spa operations and ensures guests receive attentive, seamless service aligned with our luxury hospitality standards.
Open availability on weekends and holidays is required. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in spa or luxury hospitality, with a strong ability to support a serene spa environment and deliver exceptional guest service.

The Spa Concierge is responsible for assisting the Spa Manager and Spa Supervisor overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa. This includes but is not limited to greeting and checking in guests, scheduling guests, working with Spa Providers, and ensuring spa cleanliness and orderliness. The Spa Concierge performs a daily account of scheduling accuracy.

Your Day-to Day:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak conversantly in English using correct pronunciation and grammar.
  • Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the spa and the spa staff, ensuring a smooth flow of business.
  • Work daily with the Spa Provider team to assist with treatment preparation as needed.
  • Open and close the spa daily following the opening and closing procedures.
  • Efficiently and accurately schedule spa services in Meevo to maximize the schedule. Add providers to the schedule as needed and directed.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely way following spa standards.
  • Be able to answer guest questions regarding the spa menu, promoting health and wellness benefits of each treatment.
  • Review future appointments and detect any problems with spa scheduling. Oversee that lunches and blocks are scheduled accurately.
  • Clean the locker rooms regularly after guests depart and strictly adhere to all sanitation, cleaning and disinfecting guidelines before, during and after each shift.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times with a clean outfit, groomed nails, and proper hygiene. Always demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and appropriate speech and behavior with guests, hotel staff, and co-workers.
  • Reconcile treatment and billing discrepancies which occur during each shift, ensuring that Meevo and Lightspeed revenue numbers match 100%.
  • Work with other departments in the hotel to ensure accurate information is provided regarding the spa, spa menu and availability of appointments. Communicate with the Front Desk Manager and Concierge on various guest issues as needed.
  • Follow-up with the Spa Manager on all comments, suggestions and/or issues that arise.
  • Attend all spa meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as directed or assigned.

Who you are:

  • You bring 1–3 years of concierge or guest experience in a spa, wellness, or boutique hospitality setting.
  • You’re naturally service-minded and take pride in creating thoughtful guest moments.
  • You’re comfortable with technology and move easily between Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • You have a confident, warm approach to retail support and guest recommendations.
  • You stay composed and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and steady in how you manage priorities.
  • You’re available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You communicate with clarity, care, and awareness of both guests and team needs.
