Join our Team

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Spa (Cleaning) Attendant to join our Spa & Wellness team.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing Spa & Fitness Center environment while supporting guests with facilities, amenities, and equipment. You will play an important role in creating a comfortable and professional wellness experience that reflects Four Seasons service standards.

What you will do:

  • Greet guests warmly, maintain eye contact, and deliver a welcoming experience.
  • Handle reservations via face-to-face, phone, and email efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and calm reception environment.
  • Manage spa software, bookings, cashiering, daily accounting, and gift certificates.
  • Ensure smooth opening/closing procedures and staff readiness.
  • Understand guest needs and recommend treatments, retail, and memberships (soft sell).
  • Provide accurate information on services, products, and promotions.
  • Update guest records and communicate key information with the team.
  • Recommend further spa and fitness experiences and the purchase of retail products after each guest visit.
  • Up sell treatments, services and membership for external guests without seeming “hard sell”
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and report issues to management.
  • Ensure safety standards across spa and fitness facilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and adapt to operational needs.
  • Support events, guest celebrations, and member activities.
  • Ensure smooth guest journey follow-up and satisfaction.

What you bring:

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or reputable spa.
  • Strong communication, organization, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
  • Professional appearance and high grooming standards.
  • Knowledge of Spa & Wellness environments.
  • Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle guest interactions and complaints effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on trust and collaboration.
