As a Spa Attendant, you will be the quiet orchestrator of calm and comfort within the St. Regis Spa. You will ensure every space is immaculate, every guest is warmly supported, and every moment reflects the serenity and refinement of our wellness philosophy. This role is ideal for a gracious, detail‑oriented professional with a passion for creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support spa operations by checking schedules and updates throughout the day
  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness across treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and hospitality stations
  • Manage linens and supplies, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and beautifully presented
  • Secure equipment and supplies at the end of each shift
  • Dispose of waste and used linens in accordance with hygiene standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete all required safety training
  • Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality
  • Support additional operational duties as required
