What You’ll Be Doing

As a Spa Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences across our spa, fitness, and recreation areas. From maintaining pristine environments to providing warm, personalized service, you’ll ensure every guest feels relaxed, welcomed, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide information about spa services and amenities.

  • Escort guests through the facilities and ensure locker rooms are clean, stocked, and inviting.

  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, maintaining cleanliness and ambiance.

  • Monitor sauna conditions and safety, presenting required waivers and ensuring compliance.

  • Maintain the BBQ pavilion and pool deck, ensuring readiness and cleanliness for guest use.

  • Support the upkeep of the fitness center by replenishing towels and sanitizing equipment.

  • Replenish spa amenities and supplies in all areas and assist with inventory management.

  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management or engineering.

  • Follow all Crescent Hotels & Resorts safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

  • Collaborate closely with spa therapists, front desk, and operations teams to deliver seamless service.

What Is Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-focused attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

  • Ability to lift, bend, push, or pull up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous hospitality, spa, or fitness center experience preferred but not required.
