Job Description

Reliable and hard working team member who takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest. Always willing to assist where needed and demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and a strong dedication to maintaining the high standards of the spa at Caesars.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of all spa areas including the locker room, lounges, showers, sauna and steam room.

Assist with guests needs to ensure a welcoming, relaxing and luxury spa experience.

Restock towels, linens, robes, beverages, snacks and spa amenities throughout the day.

Cleans showers after each guest.

Supports spa operations by assisting service providers and front desk staff as needed.

Monitors facility standards to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest service expectations

Provides professional and courteous service while promoting the values and standards of Caesars Entertainment.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Previous spa, housekeeping/cleaning and hospitality experience is helpful.

Strong communication and customer service skills and team focused.

Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift spa supplies and linens throughout the shift.

Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Must be able to handle temperature changes with the sauna and steam room on all day.

Available weekends is a must

Professional appearance and positive attitude is a must.
