Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
