Spa Attendant

Location: Saudi Arabia - Al Khobar


As Spa Attendant, you are responsible to support the team in the efficient running of the daily Spa operation including; welcoming guests, providing orientations of the facility, responding to guest/customer needs and requests, and ensuring supplies and cleanliness is maintained to the levels expected of Kempinski Hotels standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests are warmly and positively welcomed.
  • Be fully knowledgeable on Spa treatments, product knowledge and sales protocol for retail.
  • When required handle phone/walk in reservations for Spa appointments and reception duties.
  • Answer questions about general property information and amenities.
  • Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
  • Offer guests amenities such as water, juice or heated neck pillows.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms and lounge areas.
  • Assist and ensure that the presentation of each area of the spa meets with the agreed standard at all times
  • Support Therapists to ensure all treatment rooms are prepared effectively in a timely manner and that all equipment, linen and products are presented in a user friendly manner.
  • Maintain the stock of towels, linens, supplies and amenities in the locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of general spa area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing spa furniture, collecting towels, and neatly arranging the spa towel storage shelves.
  • Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Spa Manager.
  • Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist Spa therapists with product inventories to ensure all retail and professional stock is always available.
  • Treat with confidentiality any information disclosed by guests and customers during the course of their visit
  • Participate in daily operations meetings with the Spa team.
