About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. WHAT YOU’LLDO

The Spa Attendantis responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness, organization,

and ambiance of the spa and fitness areas, ensuring guests experience a

serene and luxurious environment. This role requires a proactive approach,

attention to detail, and adherence to the high service standards synonymous

with leading luxury hospitality brandsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Guest Experience

  • Greet guests warmly, providing information about spa services andfacilities.

  • Assistguests with spa appointments, locker arrangements, and facilityusage.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

  • Enforce spa and fitnesscentreguidelines courteously tomaintaina safeandpleasantenvironment.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all spa areas, including lockerrooms, relaxation lounges, and fitness spaces.

  • Replenish amenities such as towels, robes, toiletries, and refreshmentsregularly

  • Ensure all equipment, including hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, andfitness machines, are functioning properly; report any maintenanceneeds promptly.

  • Assistin setting up and breaking down areas for spa treatments andfitness sessions as needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Support therapists, instructors, and other team members to ensureseamless service delivery.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to addressoperational needs.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informedabout spa offerings and protocols.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secureenvironment for guests and staff.

  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to managementimmediately

  • Handle lost and found items according to established policies.

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Weekend and Holiday availability required

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamicenvironment.
