Directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all wellness operations while maximizing guest satisfaction, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.

1. MANAGING SPA AND RECREATION OPERATIONS
• Direct all Spa, Salon, Fitness, Recreation, Activities, Pool, and Beach operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Oversee fitness centers, SPA treatment rooms, locker rooms, pools, and beaches.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment replacement plans.
• Manage wellness technology, reservation platforms, and operational systems.
• Establish operational standards and service procedures.

5. REVENUE MANAGEMENT
