SOX Senior Auditor
The Senior SOX Compliance Specialist supports the execution and continuous enhancement of the SOX 404 compliance program. The role is responsible for documenting and testing business process controls, identifying control deficiencies, monitoring remediation activities, and partnering with control owners to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
The position provides end-to-end ownership of assigned SOX processes, entities, or business units, including risk assessments, walkthroughs, control testing, issue evaluation, and reporting. The individual works closely with senior stakeholders and external auditors, applies professional judgment to scoping and testing decisions, reviews the work of other team members to ensure quality and consistency, and contributes to the ongoing improvement of the SOX program through process optimization, automation, and best practices.
