Part Time: 19 hours per week
Available Shift: 5:15 AM - 10:00 AM

Job Objective:
As the Welcome Desk Associate I you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer services experiences. Primary responsibilities include selling and/or verifying membership’s program registrations as well as providing facility information, answering, and routing all incoming phone calls, ensuring that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.
What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in customer service and cash handling related industries.
Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training and CPR Certification within the first 30 days of employment.
