Bar Totti's is one of Sydney's busiest and most loved restaurants. Led by Mike Eggert, the menu celebrates simple Italian food, premium produce and the famous wood-fired Totti's bread, all delivered in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
The Role
We're looking for a Sous Chef who thrives on volume and knows how to lead from the front.
This role is perfect for a strong operator who can manage large services, keep standards high under pressure and support a high-performing kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in driving service, developing chefs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
We are also recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for Totti's Bondi and welcome applications from strong Chef de Parties or Junior Sous Chefs looking to take the next step in their leadership career
