Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a spoon wielding super talent who never loses the overview and implements his creativity and expertise in our exciting F&B concepts. The spectrum ranges from modern pizza & pasta cuisine to upscale fine dining to huge banquets, meetings and events. With several years of experience in the kitchens of this world, you know how to keep the overview and inspire guests every day.

What your responsibilities are...

• You independently lead operational shifts across different kitchen areas and support the Head Chef and kitchen management team in all culinary operations.
• You feel equally at home in both à la carte service and banqueting and events, and you bring your expertise wherever it is needed most.
• You maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and varying operational requirements, while effectively guiding and leading the team.
• You support the development of creative and innovative menus as well as cost calculations in line with our F&B concept.
• You continuously drive productivity and efficiency across all kitchen areas, lead by example, and actively contribute ideas for ongoing improvement.
• You work closely with the service team and all relevant F&B departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
• You ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP) across all kitchen areas.
• You assist with purchasing and ordering food and supplies in coordination with the kitchen leadership team.
• You are a true team player and support different kitchen teams wherever your expertise is needed.
• You share responsibility for the development of our kitchen team and the training of our apprentices, and you enjoy passing on your knowledge and experience to others.
• You take responsibility across various operational areas and act as a reliable support to the kitchen leadership team during staffing shortages, peak business periods, and special events.
• Social media is familiar territory for you, and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.

• You already have at least 2 years of professional experience in the professional kitchens of this world as a sous chef and have managed shifts independently
• You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
• Your creativity and enthusiasm for implementation is accompanied by your professionalism and your structure-conscious way of working.
• Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
• You are a communication talent with good German and/or English skills
• Your organizational knowledge and skills are the basis for your decisions
• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
• Your guest orientation and willingness to perform inspire your team to top performance.
• Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with your team and trainees is contagious!
