We are hiring a Sous Chef Lebanese Cuisine for an exciting new upscale casual restaurant opening soon in Bangalore, India This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to be part of an ambitious pre-opening project
Contract 1 Year
Interviews Will be conducted in Dubai
Support the Executive Chef in launching and running the Lebanese kitchen section
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality and authenticity
Drive culinary excellence while maintaining cost control and hygiene standards
Engage in PR and promotional activities, representing the brand in media and public events
Train and lead a kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards
Play a hands-on role in the pre-opening phase, from kitchen setup to menu planning
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine
Proven pre-opening experience is a must
Strong communication and leadership skills
Energetic personality with a flair for hospitality and public engagement
Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for the contract period
1-year contract with the potential for renewal
