Sous Chef

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career within a luxury, award-winning kitchen environment.

What you'll do:

• Support the Head Chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchens
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Lead and motivate team members, supporting training and development
• Manage sections, rotas, and stock as required
• Step in confidently across different kitchen areas as business needs dictate

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Fine dining and high-volume luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability across a fast-paced, multi-outlet operation
• A genuine passion for culinary excellence
