As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, assisting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals to our members and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu development. 5 day working week Flexible scheduling to include weekends
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule
Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
Prepare and present high-quality dishes
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Contribute to menu planning and development
Manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef
Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
A desire to learn and develop in the Catering industry
Proven experience and knowledge in a similar role
Confident in leading teams whilst the Head Chef is absent
