ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a creative and hands-on Sous Chef specializing in Greek and Italian cuisine for a luxury island resort in the Seychelles. Greek cuisine is the primary focus of this role, and we are looking for someone with deep knowledge, genuine passion, and creative flair within this tradition. This is a senior kitchen leadership role supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across a multi-outlet luxury environment.
