About the opportunity:

Are you a passionate and innovative Sous Chef ready to make your mark? We're looking for someone who can produce exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards and growing their skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

A Day in the Life:

As our Sous Chef, you'll oversee the kitchen brigade and manage the team in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine. Your team-first philosophy and can-do attitude will set the standard for excellence in our kitchen. You'll also encourage your team to showcase their flair and heritage, ensuring continuous growth and creativity.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment in a similar position

  • Exposure to fine dining is essential

  • Sound culinary knowledge

  • A creative and innovative mindset

  • A desire to further develop your skills

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods

  • Full working rights in Australia
