This award-winning venue operates at a strong 2 Rosette standard, with a genuine focus on fresh, seasonal food and high-quality ingredients. Working alongside a stable and experienced brigade of 5–6 chefs, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards while contributing creatively to an ambitious kitchen.
The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping lead service, maintain consistency, and mentor junior chefs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about modern British gastro pub food.
