Per hotel 4 stelle ricerchiamo un/una Sous Chef con comprovata esperienza nel settore alberghiero e nella gestione di elevati volumi di lavoro. La risorsa affiancherà lo Chef nella gestione operativa della cucina e coordinerà il team garantendo standard qualitativi elevati.
