Location: MBDA Bristol, Filton, BS34 7QS

Pay: £32,000

Hours: Permanent, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, (06.30- 15.30)

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at MBDA, you will bring your passion for food to a role where you’ll make a real impact. What you’ll do:

• Deputise For Head Chef, Lead Shift,
• Manage Team,
• Food Orders,
• Audits,
• Food Preparation and Cooking,
• Setting Up Counter,
• Serving On Counter,
• Following Food Regulations,
• Supporting Head Chef,
• Assisting As Required

What we’re looking for:

• UK resident for the past 5 years with legal right to work
• Must be customer focussed
• Organised
• Great Communicator
• Natural Leader
• Good Cookery Skills
• Ideally Experience of Contract Catering
• Able to pass security vetting
