Proven hands-on culinary production experience
Prior experience leading and developing culinary teams
Strong knowledge of HACCP and healthcare food safety standards
Retail food service experience a plus
Comfortable with POS systems and digital tools
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Strong leadership presence and communication skills

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
