Salary: USD 2,500 per month + service charge + annual bonus

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a luxury hospitality property in Dominica. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising all kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to support professional growth and efficiency.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, support ordering processes, and control food costs.
• Contribute to menu development and innovation to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee smooth kitchen operations during service in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior role in a high-end resort, hotel, or fine-dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, international cuisines, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
