About the role:

The Sous Chef is akeymanagement roleoverseeing the daily performance of the kitchen and all related operations.This positionmanages the culinary functions forRamsay’s Kitchen Restaurant & Bar, the Four Seasons Pool, 24/7 In-Room Dining, and the Spa Café.Core responsibilities includeplanning, organizing, and directing the work of culinary employees while ensuring exceptionalquality and consistencyacross all outletsIn addition totheseleadership duties, theSous Chefalso supportsdaily production as needed. The kitchen embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards whileoperatingunder the “Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level culinary or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine and is overseen by the Hotel’s Executive Chef.

What you will do:

  • Safety & Sanitation: Upholding all health and safety standards, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and keeping the kitchen clean and compliant

  • Operational Control: Leading daily, hands‑on food preparation while ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service execution

  • Inventory &PurchasingTracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to support efficient kitchen operations

  • Management: Overseeingall day-to-dayfunctionsof the restaurant kitchenand supporting overall team performance

  • Communication/Teamwork: Train, develop, and motivate team to consistently meet and exceed established food preparation standards

What you bring:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail.Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, menu planning, and food safety.

  • Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills.

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus

  • Culinary or Hospitality Degree or Certificate is a plus
