The Commodity and Operation Manager holds a dual role within the Procurement organization. This individual manages commodity initiatives, starting with packaging as the immediate focus, with potential expansion to additional commodity categories as business needs evolve while also supporting the EMS Manager in tracking supplier commitments and ensuring operational execution. Both responsibilities are equally integral to this role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or supplier operations.
Experience in packaging commodity sourcing highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with AI-related productivity tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced global environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish
