The Sourcing Support Lead will work closely with global and regional sourcing leads and key stakeholders by supporting the Global Sourcing team to execute against its regional strategy
Serving as a support lead managing high-value spot orders, you will develop, negotiate, and monitor supplier agreements while developing and maintaining supplier relationshipsMore than just managing vendors, you are building a high-performing, sustainable, and secure ecosystem of third-party partners

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute long-term category plans and regionalised sourcing strategies that align with Global Sourcing Real Estate (GSRE) objectives and broader corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals
Proactively identify, negotiate, and report on cost-savings and efficiency opportunities across assigned spend, leveraging scale through Regional and Global agreements
Act as a strategic bridge between GSRE, Finance, and Legal to drive process efficiency and cross-geography integration
Transform indirect spend into a competitive advantage through innovative category strategies
Negotiate and audit high-value agreements that protect the company's interests, enforce stringent data privacy standards, and foster long-term supplier relationships
Act as a subject matter expert to guide, educate, and train internal stakeholders on GSRE processes, policies, and risk-management systems
Work closely with Third-Party Optimisation (TPO) and Global Sourcing leaders to manage the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, ensuring all vendor engagements meet corporate standards for Information Security
Ensure processes from supplier selection to contract negotiation and implementation maintain 100% adherence to governance and audit protocols
Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reducing complexity, lowering costs, and driving change management for the adoption of AI-enhanced procurement technologies
Establish and maintain programme reporting protocols, define metrics, deliver analytics, and create dashboards to communicate programme status and performance to leadership
Develop and continuously improve spend analytics reporting to provide data-driven, predictive insights for future sourcing decisions
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree, university education, or practical work experience
Knowledge and experience needed to operate independently within a Global Sourcing or third-party risk team
Experience managing high-volume RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI) across various Indirect Spend categories, particularly in IT, Marketing, and Data
Previous experience in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing role
Experience in contract negotiation, management, and navigating legal and compliance workflows with third-party suppliers
Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and executing enterprise-wide, risk-aware sourcing solutions
Proficiency with e-Procurement tools such as Jaggaer, Adquira, or Sinertrade
