
Sourcing Support Expert - Vietnamese Language Expert
• PR to PO conversion: Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and convert them into purchase orders (PO) efficiently.
• Post-PO activities: Monitor order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
• Content creation & modification: Develop and update procurement-related documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
• Vendor Master Data (VMD) management: Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Support collaboration with business requesters, country partners, and suppliers through clear and impactful communication.
• Operational Support: Provide support in various operational activities such as order price, pay term validation, checks in SAP, PO reopening for necessary adjustments.
• Language proficiency: Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management.
• Technical Skills: Basic procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Other Skills: Accountability, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
