Working hours: 20 hours per week

Contract type: Student Assistant, Fixed-term

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Global Sourcing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a global organization.

In this role, you will support sourcing and procurement activities by assisting with contract administration, supplier data management, reporting, and procurement system maintenance. You will work closely with Sourcing team and gain exposure to sourcing processes, and procurement technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Governance & Compliance

  • Support the monitoring of purchases made outside existing supplier contracts.
  • Assist in identifying off-contract purchases and preparing reports for the sourcing team.
  • Help generate compliance reports and dashboards related to contract utilization and spend visibility.
  • Support the tracking of contract renewal dates and upcoming contract expirations.
  • Ensure sourcing contracts are properly organized and maintained within procurement systems.

Contract Administration (Ivalua)

  • Support the creation, upload, maintenance, and archiving of contracts within Ivalua.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of catalogs and supplier content within procurement systems.
  • Update contract amendments, extensions, and pricing information as requested.
  • Follow up on contract approval workflows and pending actions.
  • Maintain contract templates and document repositories.

Sourcing & Supplier Administration

  • Provide administrative support to sourcing managers during sourcing projects.
  • Create and maintain supplier records within procurement systems.
  • Collect supplier documentation and support supplier onboarding activities.
  • Help ensure supplier information remains accurate and up to date.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Perform data quality checks within Ivalua and other procurement systems.
  • Maintain supplier, contract, and category master data.
  • Support spend analysis and data cleansing activities.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and presentations.

For this role, the Hourly Salary is 160 DKK
