Purshasing Specialist
The Mission
To ensure stable, cost-effective and compliant material supply for ASPO China through efficient daily procurement execution, supplier management, internal coordination and continuous process improvement, so as to support business operation and enhance team productivity.
Reporting line & Location
The Purshasing Supervisor will report to the ASPO Director(will publish as Head of Sourcing before new title is confirmed).
This role will be based in Shanghai, China. Travel will be part of the job.
Main Accountabilities
• Undertake daily procurement execution work for ASPO China.
• Handle supplier sourcing, negotiation, order follow-up and cost control.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant material supply.
• Support procurement process optimization and improve team efficiency.

1. Professional Skills
• Proficient in daily procurement execution, sourcing, negotiation, cost control
• Familiar with supplier management system, sustainability assessment
• Good command of procurement compliance, internal control and process optimization
• Capable of coordinating cross-functional departments and ensuring stable material supply
• Skilled in market analysis, report making
• Good English skills
