协调财务、法务及业务部门，推进采购订单审批、验收及付款流程，确保按时履约与付款；

维护并优化采购台账、合同档案及供应商数据库，确保数据准确、可追溯；

遵守公司采购政策及合规要求，支持内审与外部审计工作。

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工商管理、物流、工程或相关专业优先；
2å¹´ä»¥ä¸Šé‡‡è´­ã€æ‹›æŠ•æ ‡æˆ–ä¾›åº”é“¾ç›¸å…³å·¥ä½œç»éªŒï¼Œæœ‰æœåŠ¡ç±»/外包类采购经验者优先（如IT外包、设施管理、咨询、行政服务等）；

具备良好的沟通协调能力、谈判技巧及跨部门协作意识；
熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel函数、PPT），有ERP或采购系统（如SAP、Ariba）操作经验者优先；
工作细致、责任心强，具备一定的抗压能力与合规意识。
