Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, reliability, and competitiveness.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various categories of materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and actively seek new suppliers to expand sourcing options.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, production, finance) to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and supplier developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• manage supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, or purchasing role, preferably within the oil and gas, refining, or heavy industrial sector.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices and regulations.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
