The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Strategic Sourcing Managers on a multitude of Sourcing projects ranging from RFXs, contract management reviews and other supply chain management initiatives. Key activities include but are not limited to client account group interviews, advanced financial analysis and the modeling of proposals in the creation of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint communication summaries.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
▪ University graduation or professional certification
▪ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing field
▪ Knowledge of strategic sourcing requirements and practices. Maintains current knowledge
▪ Ability to develop and execute category management strategies and plans
▪ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
▪ Ability to develop and execute supplier contract agreements
▪ Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
▪ Computer proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to quickly learn proprietary databases

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $61,850 - $77,313 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, professional designations and performance related to this role.
