
The Sourcing Project Manager leads sourcing activities and supplier management for assigned indirect categories in accordance with company policies and sourcing regulations. Working closely with Engineering, Program Management, and cross‑functional stakeholders, this role supports manufacturing objectives related to capacity, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and corporate social responsibility. Responsibilities include supplier selection, complex contract and cost negotiations, contract management, and issue resolution with critical domestic and international suppliers, as well as conducting QMS audits and supplier site visits. The role also drives process improvements, communicates effectively across all organizational levels, and provides mentorship to less‑experienced team members.

Travel requirements include 10% domestic travel and 10% international travel, for a total of 20% travel.
The estimated salary range for this role based in Utah is between $128,000 – 162,500This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living.
