The role can be based in Obernai (France), Blieskastel (Germany), Poland (Bierun), Belgium (Brussels), Spain (Barcelona), or Italy (Milan) for a permanent contract.

As a Sourcing Program Management Officer (PMO Sourcing), you will play a key leadership role within the Direct Sourcing organization. In this position, you will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies, drive sourcing process excellence, and act as a strategic partner to the Head of Direct Sourcing.

You will work closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to establish efficient sourcing processes, strengthen governance and compliance, and support digital transformation initiatives across the sourcing function.

You will play a key leadership role within the Direct Sourcing organization. In this position, you will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies, drive sourcing process excellence, and act as a strategic partner to the Head of Direct Sourcing.

You will work closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to establish efficient sourcing processes, strengthen governance and compliance, and support digital transformation initiatives across the sourcing function.

Mission

  • Drive and pilot cross sourcing project in link with the global sourcing strategy
  • Develop process documentation, KPI frameworks, dashboards, training materials, and sourcing guidelines
  • Lead process optimization and maturity initiatives, including compliance reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement actions
  • Support the digital sourcing roadmap and drive adoption of new tools and solutions and ensure the communication
  • Act as a strategic partner to sourcing leadership by preparing executive presentations, facilitating key meetings, and supporting transformation initiatives
  • Foster collaboration, change management, and people development across an international sourcing organization
  • Define capability development needs and contribute to training concepts and qualification paths

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sourcing Management, or a related field
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement or program management within an international corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, tools, and best practices
  • Experience in project and change management as well as stakeholder communication at senior management level
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
