Our Sourcing and Procurement team drives value by identifying strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services. We support business growth through supplier onboarding, distribution strategy development, and continuous optimization of sourcing activities.

As a Sourcing Professional – Buying/Procurement, you will play a key role in supporting our business by developing and executing sourcing strategies that meet the needs of our internal customers. You will lead supplier tendering processes, manage and develop supplier relationships, and ensure that all sourcing activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

As a Sourcing Professional - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for:

• Creating, managing, and executing supplier tenders to effectively support internal business demand.
• Negotiating, executing, and maintaining supplier contracts in compliance with local policies and procedures.
• Developing, qualifying, and managing both existing and new suppliers in alignment with sourcing and business strategies.
• Ensuring supplier compliance with quality, safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Leading commercial negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimization of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Supporting the development and execution of long-term sourcing and distribution management strategies.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Higher education from an accredited university or college.
• Have 5 years of experience in Sourcing.
• Have a knowledge of compliance and ethics.
• Be a good communicator and be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Be dynamic and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Be collaborative and team oriented.
• Be adaptable to fast-changing and evolving environments.
• Be capable of influencing stakeholders and leading strategic negotiations.
• Be well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
