Sourcing & Product Development Manager | New York, NY · $75K–$150K/Year

About the Role A growing e-commerce company is looking for a Product Sourcing & Development Manager with solid hands-on experience working with suppliers and bringing products to market. You'll be involved in the day-to-day work of sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and keeping projects on track from development through delivery. It's a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on quality and cost needs
• Maintain ongoing vendor relationships to ensure consistency and reliability

Negotiation & Cost Control

• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
• Monitor costs and work toward efficiency throughout the sourcing process

Product Development & Execution

• Support the process of bringing products from concept to market

Project & Timeline Management

• Manage multiple projects and keep timelines on track
• Streamline workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and/or product development
• Hands-on experience with vendor sourcing and negotiations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• E-commerce or consumer products experience preferred
