Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We're looking for an Sourcing & Onboarding Associate to build the creator pipeline everything else depends on. You'll find, qualify, pitch and close the nano-to-mid creators who make the bulk of our content : at volume, every month, without the quality slipping. The easy version of this job is a list of names. The version we want is a community of creators who've worked with us once and want to do it again.

The Job

• Source and qualify creators across Instagram and YouTube, judging real engagement and audience quality rather than follower counts.
• Run outreach at volume, with dozens of personalised approaches a week and convert them into creators who are signed, briefed and scheduled.
• Negotiate commercials for nano to mid-tier partnerships, landing terms that work for both sides and always capturing the usage rights we need to amplify the work.
• Build the creator database and keep it clean, so the team always knows who we've worked with, what it cost and how it performed.
• Grow repeat rate deliberately, turning good first collaborations into ongoing relationships and, over time, into creators who come to us.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2–3 years at an agency, creator platform or brand doing creator outreach, partnerships or sales, and are genuinely comfortable picking up the phone.
• Can spot a creator on the way up before their rate catches up with them.
• Are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it, and can run a hundred live conversations without losing any of them.
• Are persuasive in writing and on a call, and don't take silence personally.
• Want to own a number and are visibly motivated by hitting it.
