The Sourcing Manager, Technology & Telecom is responsible for developing and executing category strategies for technology-related spend, including software, SaaS, cloud services, telecommunications, hardware, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed technology services. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver commercial value, manage supplier relationships, mitigate risk, and support enterprise procurement objectives. Category ownership includes Technology & Telecom spend areas such as hardware, software, cloud/XaaS, and telecommunications services.
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Develop and execute category strategies for technology and telecommunications spend.
Lead competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, service improvements, and contract optimization.
Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking.
Commercial & Contract Negotiations
Lead commercial negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, and managed services agreements.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Information Security, and business stakeholders to negotiate contractual terms.
Ensure contracts align with enterprise standards, risk requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary sourcing advisor to IT, Information Security, Infrastructure, Digital Banking, Data & Analytics, and enterprise technology teams.
Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders.
Facilitate sourcing governance and approval processes.
Supplier Relationship Management
Manage strategic technology supplier relationships.
Participate in business reviews, performance evaluations, SLA monitoring, and remediation plans.
Support vendor performance management initiatives in coordination with TPRC and Vendor Management teams.
Governance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing governance, and third-party risk management requirements.
Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract renewal planning.
Maintain accurate sourcing and contract documentation within procurement systems.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, or related field.
5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or category management experience.
Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, infrastructure, or managed services agreements.
Strong contract negotiation and commercial acumen.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred
Financial services industry experience.
CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, PMP, or similar certifications.
Experience with procurement platforms, contract lifecycle management systems, and spend analytics tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
