Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Manager (Especialista de Compras II) – Road Transportation & Warehousing, located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

The Sourcing Manager is part of Dow’s Integrated Supply Chain and Procurement organization and will be responsible for sourcing and contracting road transportation and warehousing services in Latin America.

This role requires solid experience in the road freight market, including sourcing, commercial negotiations, market analysis and supplier management. Experience or knowledge of chemical transportation will be considered a strong differentiator.

Responsibilities:

• Source and manage road transportation and warehousing services in Brazil.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and logistics needs.
• Lead RFQs, tenders, commercial evaluations and negotiations with carriers and logistics service providers.
• Analyze freight market trends, cost drivers and opportunities to improve competitiveness.
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements and contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships and support performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Use data, digital tools, AI and automation to improve sourcing processes and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in road transportation/freight, including sourcing, procurement, carrier management, commercial negotiations or logistics.
• Good knowledge of the road freight market, carriers, freight structures and cost drivers.
• Intermediate English.
• Spanish is considered a plus.
• Experience or knowledge of chemical transportation and/or hazardous materials logistics is considered a strong differentiator.
