Across the world people’s consumption habits and diets are evolving to be more plant-based. Enter Oatly, the #1 oat based dairy alternative producer in the world with products spanning multiple categories.
Our sole purpose as a company is to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet's resources in the process.

Here's some of what you'll be doing:
Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies and category plans for assigned indirect spend categories.
Manage sourcing projects end-to-end, from opportunity assessment and supplier selection through implementation and supplier handover.
Lead RFx processes, including supplier communication, evaluations, commercial analysis, and recommendations.
Conduct spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments, and business case evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, service levels, performance commitments, and contractual terms.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and contract implementation activities while ensuring smooth transitions to business stakeholders.
Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking, supplier reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare sourcing recommendations, decision materials, and business cases to support stakeholder review and approval.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Facilities, Markets, Production Sites, and other business functions to align sourcing activities with business requirements.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement governance, policies, sustainability objectives, and documentation requirements.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, operational efficiencies, and improved ways of working.
Support improvements to sourcing processes, analytical tools, templates, and procurement practices that contribute to a more structured and data-driven sourcing function.
But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.
