YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Sourcing Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business management
• Experience Several years of relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing
• Technical Skills Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages Excellent proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; other languages are an advantage.
