Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives within the Logistics category across global markets
• Manage complex logistics sourcing projects, including strategic tenders and contract negotiations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key logistics suppliers
• Understand business requirements and translate them into structured sourcing solutions
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve optimal value and risk-balanced outcomes
• Oversee logistics supplier selection processes with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics sourcing processes and best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on logistics and supply chain sourcing topics
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in procurement and sourcing within the Logistics category
• Demonstrated capability to independently run logistics tenders and lead complex negotiations
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of logistics contracts and commercial terms
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
• Professional team player with a hands-on, flexible, and delivery-focused mindset
