This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear pathway into a future Head of Recruitment Operations position.
The mission of this role is to deeply understand hiring requirements, translate them into structured research and sourcing projects, and build comprehensive views of talent markets that enable Move to deliver high-quality outreach and insights at scale.
This is not a candidate-facing role. It is a central, high-impact position focused on research depth, search quality, market mapping, and analytical thinking.
Requirements
Full training will be provided on Move’s in-house sourcing methodology, tooling, project hubs, and outreach systems.
